This reminds me of a story someone told me recently.
I was chatting with the owner of a nightclub called The Factory on the Sunshine Coast recently and he told me how they enticed customers to download their iPhone app – they created a special VIP entrance to the club for people who have the app installed. Brilliant!
There are often a range of things we would love our customers to do to help us communicate with them but it’s usually not enough to just WISH they would do it. You have to create reasons for them to WANT to do it.
